1. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders are not reserved until full payment is received.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Afterpay, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
  • All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed once an order is placed. Please see the Refund Policy for more information.
  • Order handling fees and shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, even if a product refund is issued.

2. Shipping and Turnaround Time (TAT)

  • Shipping times vary depending on product type. Most pre-orders have a turnaround time of 3–4 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Ready-to-ship items typically process within 3–5 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, international flights, customs, or any third-party carriers.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not liable for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom and limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
  • Shipping and handling fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, even in cases where a product refund is approved.

4. Product Descriptions & Variations

  • Items not affiliated with any luxury brands.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or vendor variations.
  • Scented items and handmade goods may have small imperfections due to their handmade nature.

5. Customer Holds & Invoices

  • Items may be held temporarily for up to 24 hours with prior communication.
  • Invoices must be paid within the specified time frame or the item may be released or canceled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social platforms (including product photos, logos, designs, text, and promotional materials) is the property of Off Shore Boutique and Off Shore Luxe Boutique and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Policy Changes
