Hey girlie! Need to exchange or return something? Here’s everything you need to know 💁🏼💗

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

• Original tags must be attached

• Item must be unworn & in perfect condition (no stains, damage, etc.)

• You must provide the original receipt

• Item must be back in my hands within 7 days of the delivery date — no exceptions!

📌 EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY — no refunds

 

🚫 Items That CANNOT Be Returned:

• Freshies

• All sale/discounted items

• Jewelry

• Bags

• Accessories & gifts/customized items

• Bodysuits/intimates

• Items from Pop-Up Event Sales – these are FINAL SALE with no exceptions

I display this throughout all pop-up events to make sure you’re aware before checking out. Due to the added expenses and demand, no returns or exchanges can be accepted.

 

Important Reminder for Pickup Orders:

Pickup orders held for 14 days or more from the purchase date will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Approval is required via email before sending anything back!

Once approved, we’ll give you step-by-step instructions depending on whether you’re local or shipping your return.
