All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Processing/turnaround times are listed on each product page and may vary depending on the item.

Once your order has entered fulfillment (processing at our shipping office), it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order and delivery address.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Off Shore Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (weather, holidays, customs, etc.).
Returns & Store Credit

Refunds are not issued once an order has shipped or in fulfillment.

If you do not wish to keep your item, you may return it once received. Upon return, a store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping).

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or store credit.
Order Policies

All sales are considered final once shipped, except in the case of damaged or defective items as noted above.
