Shipping policy

Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Processing/turnaround times are listed on each product page and may vary depending on the item.

  • Once your order has entered fulfillment (processing at our shipping office), it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order and delivery address.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Off Shore Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (weather, holidays, customs, etc.).

Returns & Store Credit

  • Refunds are not issued once an order has shipped or in fulfillment.

  • If you do not wish to keep your item, you may return it once received. Upon return, a store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping).

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

  • In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or store credit.

Order Policies

  • All sales are considered final once shipped, except in the case of damaged or defective items as noted above.

  • Turnaround times, preorder timelines, and LT (long turnaround) items are clearly noted at the top of our website and/or product pages.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
